Recruitment Supervisor (BTL) Company: Bright Solutions Marketing Services, Inc. Location: Tomas Morato, Quezon City Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Bright Solutions Marketing Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Manpower Deployment Supervisor to lead recruitment and manpower sourcing for BTL campaigns, brand activations, merchandising programs, and events. This role is primarily focused on high-volume recruitment and field manpower deployment . The ideal candidate must have an established network or database of field personnel and be capable of quickly sourcing and mobilizing qualified manpower based on project requirements. Must have an existing manpower database/network. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment and manpower sourcing for BTL campaigns, activations, events, and merchandising projects Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified field personnel Recruit and deploy Brand Ambassadors, Promodisers, Merchandisers, Helpers, Event Staff, and other field manpower Maintain, update, and continuously expand the company's manpower database Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within required timelines Develop sourcing strategies through referrals, social media, job portals, communities, and other recruitment channels Coordinate closely with Operations and Account Management teams regarding manpower requirements and deployment schedules Monitor recruitment progress, hiring targets, and deployment completion Build and maintain relationships with manpower sources and recruitment networks Prepare recruitment and manpower deployment reports Supervise and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower deployment BTL, events, activation, merchandising, or manpower agency experience is highly preferred Must have an existing database or network of Brand Ambassadors, Promodisers, Merchandisers, Helpers, Event Staff, or similar field personnel Proven experience in high-volume and project-based recruitment Strong sourcing and networking capabilities Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities Able to work under tight deadlines and changing project requirements Willing to handle urgent and high-volume manpower requirements What We Offer Competitive salary package Government-mandated benefits Career growth opportunities Exposure to major brand activations and marketing campaigns Dynamic and collaborative work environment Work Location: On-site – Tomas Morato, Quezon City Work Location: In person
