This role will supervise HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting business and operational goals. Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day HR operations and HR team activities - Oversee end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning - Ensure proper implementation of performance evaluation programs - Handle and assist in complex employee relations cases and investigations - Review and approve HR documents (memos, contracts, notices, certifications) - Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and company policies - Oversee employee records management and HR documentation systems - Support training and development programs implementation - Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review - Partner with Department Heads for manpower and performance strategies Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
