What We Expect from You: The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing recruitment operations to ensure timely and effective manpower acquisition. The role also handles employment contract monitoring while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, the position supports employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the company’s talent acquisition efforts and enhance the company’s employer presence in the market. What You Will Do: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower needs, qualifications, and hiring timelines. Monitor pre-employment requirements, onboarding, contracts, renewals, and documentation. Review and maintain updated job descriptions with department heads. Develop and implement recruitment policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and employee records. Monitor employee transfers and manpower movements. Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations. Support recruitment strategies, employer branding, job postings, and career fairs. Prepare recruitment, hiring status, and manpower reports for management. Supervise, coach, and support recruitment staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience , with 1–2 years in a supervisory/team lead role . Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, employment documentation, and Philippine labor laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Able to prepare recruitment reports and manpower analytics. Willing to work onsite and travel to project sites as needed.
