Recruitment Specialist – Volume & Campus Hiring (Hybrid/WFH)
About the role We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Recruitment Specialist to drive our high-volume recruitment initiatives and end-to-end campus hiring programs. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust early-career pipelines, managing large-scale recruitment events, and processing high volumes of candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for entry-level and operational roles, meeting strict time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and automated sourcing tools to efficiently screen, track, and process large applicant pools. Design and execute rapid-hiring event workflows, including mass interview days, virtual assessment centers, and walk-in recruitment drives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with university career centers, faculty heads, student organizations, and academic societies. Plan and execute a dynamic calendar of campus activities, including career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, and employer branding events (both physical and virtual). Oversee internship, co-op, and graduate trainee programs, managing student pipelines from university attraction to permanent conversion. Act as a primary brand ambassador, promoting the company value proposition effectively to students, fresh graduates, and active job seekers. Provide a high-touch, engaging candidate experience throughout high-volume screening, testing, and selection stages. Coordinate swift offer management, contract issuance, and mass onboarding alignment with HR operations and training teams. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in handling high-volume recruitment campaigns and/or campus/early-career hiring. Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), high-volume sourcing databases, and virtual interview platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, HireVue). Exceptional project management, public speaking, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines. Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Willingness to travel for regional campus visits, job fairs, and recruitment roadshows during peak hiring seasons. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manila
