The role will focus on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and meeting recruitment targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US-based healthcare positions. Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments based on role requirements. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate criteria. Endorse qualified candidates and facilitate the interview and selection process. Manage offer discussions and pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS. Monitor recruitment performance and ensure hiring targets and timelines are met. Qualifications (Non-negotiable): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of full-cycle US recruitment experience. At least 2 years of US healthcare recruitment experience, with US healthcare recruitment as the most recent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Recruitment : 4 years (Preferred) US Healthcare Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
