The ideal candidate has proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for hard-to-fill roles and can effectively manage multiple recruitment requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized positions. Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates based on role requirements. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with candidates and hiring managers. Provide regular recruitment updates and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. Support other recruitment activities and hiring requirements as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of recruitment experience , preferably with exposure to niche or specialized hiring . Experience handling hard-to-fill and specialized positions. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
