# Recruitment Specialist (Manufacturing) **PM Consulting** · Cabuyao · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for plant operations, engineering, quality assurance, warehousing, and logistics positions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing technical and plant-based talent, with a strong understanding of manufacturing recruitment and local talent markets. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for production operators, technicians, engineers, QA/QC personnel, plant supervisors, warehouse staff, and supply chain positions. - Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, technical schools, TESDA centers, LGU/PESO partnerships, and job fairs. - Screen applicants based on relevant experience, technical competencies, licenses, and certifications. - Coordinate technical assessments and trade tests with hiring managers and plant supervisors. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prequalified candidates for current and anticipated manpower requirements. - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce needs. - Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and recruitment challenges. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, food and beverage, FMCG, or related industries. - Experience recruiting for plant operations, production, engineering, maintenance, QA/QC, warehousing, or logistics roles. - Familiarity with PRC-licensed engineers, TESDA National Certificate holders, and other relevant technical qualifications. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
