Recruitment Specialist
Job Description: The position is responsible for executing recruiting strategies to fill the workforce requirements of the departments and stores through sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for vacant positions based on the approved manpower budget in accordance with the company's procedures and standards. The role also involves conducting branch visits to support recruitment activities, coordinate hiring requirements with store management, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs. Qualifications: Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Development Management (HRDM). With at least one (1) year of related work experience. With excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Willing to conduct branch visits as part of recruitment activities.
