Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the construction industry , particularly in recruiting craft, skilled, and unskilled workers . Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field. With proven experience in recruitment within the construction industry . Strong background in sourcing and hiring craft workers, skilled workers, and unskilled workers . Experience in recruiting positions such as welders, electricians, carpenters, masons, equipment operators, drivers, helpers, and other construction manpower. Knowledgeable in different recruitment channels, including job fairs, PESO, DOLE, TESDA, referrals, manpower agencies, and social media platforms. Experienced in high-volume and project-based recruitment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Willing to conduct recruitment activities, job fairs, and site visits when necessary. Work Location: In person
