Recruitment Specialist
Position Overview Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for retail store personnel, head office staff, and seasonal workforce. Focuses on sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating hiring workflows to ensure store operations remain fully staffed with qualified talent. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage high-volume sourcing, candidate screening, phone interviews, and scheduling for store-level, supervisory, and head office positions. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, local recruitment drives, and referral programs to build a strong pipeline of candidates in the retail space. Hiring Manager Coordination: Work closely with store managers, regional leads, and HR heads to understand staffing needs, outline candidate requirements, and track hiring timelines. Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct preliminary competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate suitability, work history, and availability for retail shift schedules. Offer & Onboarding Facilitation: Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, track pre-employment medical and document requirements, and assist in new hire orientation. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate ATS records, track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates), and submit regular recruitment updates. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
