Key Responsibilities Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Understand and manage client requirements effectively. Communicate with clients regarding vacancies and candidate profiles. Handle and work on 2–3 recruitment roles on a daily basis. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a strong and updated candidate database. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Strong CV sourcing and candidate screening skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and work on multiple roles. Previous experience in a recruitment agency / consultancy will be an added advantage.
