# Recruitment Specialist **Metro Pacific Investments Corp** · Ermita · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. - Arrange telephone and face-to-face interviews. - Conduct initial screening, interviews, and test administration, and recommend candidates for On-the-Job Trainee (OJT), Reliever, and Regular Deployment positions. - Screen candidates and match them to suitable job roles. - Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment offers. - Present qualified candidates to the requesting department or client for final interviews or trade tests. - Prepare and verify employment requirements. - Explore other sources, channels, and methods for efficient and effective manpower sourcing. - Conduct field sourcing activities at barangays, schools, PESO offices, job fairs, and other recruitment platforms. - Assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the department.
