# Recruitment Specialist **Kirpa Properties LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DESCRIPTION Recruitment & Training Executive – Dubai Real Estate Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We are looking for a Recruitment & Training Executive with strong experience in the Dubai real estate industry to manage end-to-end recruitment of real estate professionals and support the training and development of new and existing employees. The ideal candidate should understand the Dubai real estate market, have experience hiring Real Estate Agents/Sales Consultants , and be confident in conducting inductions, product training, sales training, and performance follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment - Manage the complete recruitment cycle for real estate sales and support positions. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks. - Conduct initial screening and HR interviews. - Shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, sales ability, and company requirements. - Coordinate interviews with management and department heads. - Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker. - Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining dates. - Maintain a strong pipeline of experienced Dubai real estate agents. - Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees. Training & Development - Conduct new employee induction and onboarding sessions . - Develop and deliver training programs for real estate sales teams. - Provide training on: - Dubai real estate market - Primary and secondary market - Property sales process - CRM usage - Lead management - Client handling and follow-ups - Sales techniques and objection handling - Company policies and procedures - Professional communication and workplace standards - Coordinate product/project training with developers and internal teams. - Organize regular refresher and performance-based training sessions. - Monitor attendance and participation in training programs. - Maintain training records and employee development trackers. - Identify training gaps and recommend appropriate development programs. - Conduct assessments or feedback sessions to evaluate training effectiveness. Real Estate Industry Requirements - Must have Dubai/UAE real estate industry experience . - Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and sales environment. - Experience recruiting real estate agents is highly preferred. - Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market processes is an advantage. - Understanding of Dubai developers, brokerage operations, RERA/DLD-related processes, and real estate sales practices will be preferred. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. - Confident presentation and training skills. - Good understanding of sales psychology and employee motivation. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment and training activities simultaneously. - Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. - Strong reporting and documentation skills. - Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number and quality of candidates sourced and shortlisted. - Successful recruitment and joining of suitable real estate agents. - Recruitment turnaround time. - New joiner onboarding completion. - Training attendance and completion rates. - Employee training feedback and assessment results. - Improvement in employee performance following training. - Maintenance of accurate recruitment and training records. Preferred Candidate Profile - 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, training, or a combination of these functions. - Previous experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage is strongly preferred. - Experience recruiting and training real estate sales agents will be an advantage. - Excellent English communication skills. - Energetic, confident, target-oriented, and highly organized. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven real estate environment. - Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
