Key Responsibilities: Focus on sourcing candidates through online platforms, databases, and field recruitment Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and urgent hiring requirements Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews as needed Support end-to-end recruitment processes when required (from sourcing to onboarding) Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely updates to stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field Preferably with experience in bulk or volume hiring (but open to motivated fresh graduates/novices) Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requisitions at once This role is an excellent opportunity to sharpen sourcing expertise and gain well-rounded recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
