We are currently looking for Recruitment Specialist

Initia has been in the beauty and F&B industry for years. Now Art, Retail and Photo Studios. We are a fast paced growing company, bringing all unique and on-trend concepts. We have a lot of expansions going on and we need additional talents in our growing family.

We are on the hunt for competitive and active Recruitment Specialist that will help the current HR Global Team of Initia run the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, assisting compensation and benefits, and timekeeping/ leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

THE JOB :

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Perform End-to-end Recruitment (from Sourcing to Hiring) and End-to-end Onboarding SOP.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Support Singapore and Malaysia HR Manager on Recruitment matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• Must have experience in F&B or Restaurant
• Must have experience with Mass Hiring to fulfill Operation team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship building skill
• Preferably with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Zoom,PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage confidential issues related to HR.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
