# Recruitment Specialist **HUAXIN REAL ESTATE** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle for Real Estate Sales / Property Consultant / Property Advisor positions. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, databases, and other channels. * Proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for real estate sales positions. * Conduct initial CV screening, phone/video interviews, and candidate assessments. * Identify candidates with strong sales potential, communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the real estate industry. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a high conversion rate. * Support offer negotiation, document collection, and onboarding coordination. * Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring progress reports. * Continuously develop new sourcing strategies to increase the number and quality of qualified candidates. * Meet agreed recruitment targets and hiring timelines. * Support other recruitment activities and ad-hoc HR tasks when required. Key Performance Focus * Number of qualified candidates sourced * Interview conversion rate * Offer acceptance rate * Successful onboarding of real estate agents * Recruitment turnaround time * Quality and stability of hired candidates * Ability to consistently build a strong sales talent pipeline Requirements * 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience. * Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred. * Experience recruiting real estate agents, property consultants, sales professionals, or other commission-based sales roles is strongly preferred. * Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. * Proven ability to recruit candidates quickly and work toward hiring targets. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media sourcing. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. * Strong follow-up and candidate management skills. * Good English communication skills. Preferred * Previous recruitment experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate industry. * Existing candidate network within the UAE sales or real estate market. * Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, social media, and other recruitment channels. * Experience with high-volume sales recruitment. 职位类型：全职 薪资： AED5,000.00至AED7,000.00（每月 ） 工作经验: hr: 1 年 (必填) Work Location: 现场办公
