Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview and Selection Process Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical or panel interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization. Facilitate assessment tests and background checks when necessary. Provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection. Candidate Experience Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Schedule interviews and provide updates regarding application status. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience. Recruitment Administration Prepare employment offers, job contracts, and pre-employment requirements. Maintain recruitment records, applicant databases, and hiring reports. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
