Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within an organization. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting the organization's talent needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with the hiring managers for the staffing needs of the Business Units, and Projects, and assist in defining accurate qualification standards, roles and responsibilities for each position required by the organization prior to sourcing, recruitment and hiring; Source potential candidates through different channels to meet the requirements of the organization Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Plan, coordinate and innovate talent acquisition activities such as but not limited to job fairs, and recruiting activities. Prepare hiring documents such as, but not limited to: forms, contracts, job offers Ensure timely and accurate manpower provision in accordance with the requirements of the organization Ensure timely and effective monitoring and conduct of performance evaluations for newly hired employees Process regularization of employees under the probationary status. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Perform such other related tasks and/or duties as assigned by the Management QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in psychology, or any of its equivalent 2 to 3 years experience related to the job Proven ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals Pay: Php13,869.71 - Php35,895.42 per month Benefits: Company events Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
