The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination. - Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability for the role. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation. - Prepare and extend job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment updates. - Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations. - Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and hiring progress. - Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer-branding activities when required.
