QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course . With at least 1 year experience in recruitment or HR-related work . Knowledgeable in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding . Familiar with job posting platforms, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Area of Deployment: Brgy.
