Location: Dasmarinas, Cavite Work set-up: Full time onsite Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates. Screening & Selection : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Building Talent Pipelines : Develop a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Strategies : Create and execute strategies to attract diverse and skilled candidates. Employer Branding : Promote the organization as a great place to work through outreach efforts like job fairs and online presence. Collaboration : Work with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts. Skills & Competencies: Communication Skills : Ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers effectively. Attention to Detail : Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly. Time Management : Balancing multiple job openings and deadlines efficiently. Technology Savvy : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Knowledge of Employment Laws : Understanding compliance in hiring practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. With strong and proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition . Familiarity with industry-specific roles is a plus.
