Recruitment Specialist
About the role Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and priority positions. Conduct initial and competency-based interviews and assess candidate suitability. Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations. Key responsibilities Manage multiple and/or critical vacancies and ensure hiring targets are achieved Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions Lead recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, referral programs, and other sourcing initiatives Conduct salary/market research and provide recommendations when necessary Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates and challenges Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor regulations Provide guidance or support to Recruitment Assistants in day-to-day recruitment activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in sourcing and screening candidates using job portals and social media platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tracking tools Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and recruitment processes is an advantage.
