Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation 201 Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, benefits, and HR-related concerns. Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities. Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and documentation. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar HR role. Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to source candidates using traditional and modern methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, social media). Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Evaluation Skills: Solid understanding of resume screening, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Organization: High attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple job openings and prioritize time effectively. Working Set-up: 4 days a week on-site, 1 day work-from-home (Friday).
