# Recruitment specialist **arbeit consultancy services** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple client accounts, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Understand client requirements and deliver qualified, relevant candidate profiles within agreed timelines. - Drive recruitment closures in line with client expectations, hiring targets, and defined SLAs. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and upcoming hiring requirements. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-ups. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment delivery. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports, including profile submissions, interview progress, onboarding status, and other hiring metrics. - Coordinate and monitor purchase order (PO) alignment with agreed billing rates, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. - Negotiate candidate compensation, manage salary expectations, and facilitate offer acceptance. - Track and update job posting requests, work order (WO) status, and other recruitment-related documentation. - Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and candidates to ensure smooth offer management and onboarding. - Monitor recruitment progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to ensure timely closures. Pay: Php13,437.50 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
