Are you someone who enjoys problem-solving, thinking logically, and making sense of complex information? We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join the NLPSS Certificate of Sponsorship team on a fixed-term contract. You'll be joining a supportive and knowledgeable team where there is always something new to learn. From interpreting sponsorship guidance to helping solve complex workforce queries, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge while supporting colleagues across our partner Trusts. Whilst previous Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) experience is not required, you must be willing to learn, have a practical common-sense approach, and be confident interpreting guidance and terminology that can often be complex and jargon-heavy. The successful candidate will: Have strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Be able to interpret and apply guidance accurately. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Take a proactive and flexible approach to supporting the team. Be willing to work collaboratively across the partner Trusts supported by NLPSS. Be comfortable dealing with a varied workload and responding to changing priorities.
