Working 18 hours per week , this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and identifying great candidates — while benefiting from a flexible working pattern. You’ll play an important role in helping us find and engage talented teachers, teaching assistants and education support staff , ensuring we have a strong pipeline of candidates ready for our schools and clients. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases and social media Contacting prospective candidates and building strong relationships Screening candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals Registering and onboarding new candidates Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring databases are kept up to date Advertising vacancies and promoting opportunities to suitable candidates Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day resourcing activity Following up with candidates and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process Helping to grow our education candidate network About You We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking to people Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive and motivated A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing Comfortable using databases, recruitment systems and social media Able to work independently and manage their own workload Interested in recruitment and/or the education sector Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. We are also open to candidates with strong customer service, sales, administration or education-sector experience who are looking to move into recruitment.
