Oversees reporting, dashboards and process analytics, supports training and upskilling of team members, and partners with HR and Recruitment stakeholders to drive process efficiency, resource optimization and adherence to global standards This role will not perform end-to-end recruitment, instead it will: Triage incoming tickets in ServiceNow and allocate tasks to Administrators and Coordinators Liaise with our background check vendor (HireRight) for new hire screenings Partner closely with local Recruiters across APAC, EMEA and the Americas Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives Qualifications - 3-5yrs of HR Admin experience in a global shared service company - Excellent English communication skills - Experience in using ServiceNow (as a processor), ATS (Workday, Taleo, viRecruit etc) - Case management experience - Interview scheduling - Has a leader mindset - Stakeholder management - Customer service oriented - Analytic, Critical/strategic thinker Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
