You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop strong communication skills and work closely with hiring managers to support any HR-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination Source clients/candidates and liaise with them, addressing any recruitment-related queries Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company’s attractiveness to potential candidates Achieve monthly targets and goals based on business requirements Requirements: Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline Good organisational, coordination, and time management skills. Good interpersonal/communication skills Fun work environment, open concept and friendly work culture! Location: Central Novena Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
