Recruitment Officer (F&B company)
Position Title: F&B Recruitment Officer Department: Human Resources Location: Qatar Starting Salary: QAR 6,500 (Full package / Live out) Reports To: CEO Position Summary: The F&B Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment across all restaurant outlets within the company. Working under the direct supervision of the CEO, this role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, develops, and retains high-caliber talent capable of delivering the exceptional service standards expected of a high-end restaurant portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all F&B positions — from manpower planning and job posting to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection — in coordination with outlet managers and the CEO. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through local and international sourcing channels, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and networking within the Qatar hospitality market. Design, implement, and continuously update structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires across all restaurant brands. Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and relocation logistics for international hires in line with Qatari labor law and company policy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, training documentation, and recruitment reports, presenting regular updates to the CEO. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, immigration regulations, and company HR policies throughout all recruitment and training activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably within high-end F&B or luxury hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, recruitment best practices, and training methodologies, with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
