Recruitment Officer
Job Description: Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels. Establish connections with candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities. Invite candidates to company career webinars, seminars, and events. Conduct first-level screening interviews. Arrange interviews between suitable candidates and Hiring Managers. Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates. Manage company social media platforms where required, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports and work schedules. Work towards monthly recruitment targets set by the Manager. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. CEI certification is an added advantage. Preferably 1–2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and adaptable.
