The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the construction, contracting, interior fit-out, aluminum, or façade industry. The successful candidate will manage recruitment for technical, engineering, managerial, administrative, and blue-collar positions, ensuring timely hiring to meet the company's operational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding. - Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, recruitment agencies, referrals, databases, and direct headhunting. - Recruit for engineering, project management, estimation, design, procurement, finance, administration, and skilled-worker positions. - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers. - Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on candidate feedback and selection decisions. - Prepare and publish job descriptions and advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms. - Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers within approved budgets, and coordinate offer acceptance. - Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview records, and recruitment reports. - Coordinate with HR and PRO teams regarding candidate documentation, visa processing, and joining formalities. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming project requirements. - Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor candidate submissions and hiring progress. - Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable UAE employment regulations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience , preferably within the UAE. - Experience in construction, contracting, interior fit-out, aluminum, façade, or engineering recruitment is highly preferred. - Proven ability to recruit both white-collar and blue-collar employees. - Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and other recruitment platforms. - Strong CV screening, interviewing, candidate sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Good knowledge of recruitment documentation, offer management, and onboarding procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and recruitment tracking systems. - Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
