Recruitment Manager – International BPO Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years CTC: ₹9 – ₹12 LPA Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Mode: Work From Office Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in International BPO/ITES recruitment and high-volume hiring . The candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment function and delivering large-scale hiring requirements within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead bulk/mass hiring for International BPO processes. Manage and drive a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets. Plan and execute walk-in drives, mega hiring drives and campus recruitment . Develop multiple sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, vendors, social media and local hiring networks. Handle lateral, Team Leader, Manager and senior-level hiring . Build and manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners. Track recruitment MIS, TAT, productivity, offer-to-join ratio and hiring performance. Work closely with Operations and Business Heads for manpower planning and ramp-ups. Continuously develop new sourcing strategies to improve hiring volumes and quality. Requirements 10+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in International BPO/ITES/KPO/US Banking process. Strong and proven experience in mass/bulk hiring . Experience in campus hiring, walk-ins and large recruitment drives . Strong experience managing recruitment teams. Exposure to senior and leadership hiring . Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Hyderabad's BPO talent market and recruitment channels.
