Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to lead our IT Talent Acquisition team and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for Malaysia and overseas clients.Overseas candidates can apply. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters. Drive end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia and international markets . Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels. Review and improve recruiter performance, productivity, and delivery. Conduct candidate screening and support technical/functional assessment. Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines. Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs. Track recruitment KPIs, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures. Handle escalations and ensure a positive candidate and client experience. Train recruiters on IT technologies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment . Previous experience leading or managing a recruitment team. Strong understanding of IT technologies and job profiles. Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience handling multiple requirements and tight deadlines. Good knowledge of recruitment KPIs and delivery processes. LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing-platform experience is an advantage. Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
