Recruitment Lead
Job Description Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and SLA. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers, business development and clients to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline, and team performance. Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition , with team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and various sourcing channels. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Target-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling high-volume recruitment is a plus. Male is preferred Work Location: In person
