# Recruitment Head **Hackett Security Group** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Build and execute smart recruitment strategies to support business growth and field operations. - Partner with Operations Leaders to forecast hiring needs, manage turnover, and prepare for new client accounts. - Supervise and boost recruitment sourcing channels, including social media, job fairs, referrals, and local partnerships. - Lead high-volume recruitment drives for new account launches to guarantee complete, on-time manpower deployment. QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business, Criminology, or any related degree. - Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. (Experience in security agencies or high-volume manpower sourcing is a major advantage) . - Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and PNP-SOSIA regulations. - Proven leadership in managing recruitment teams and hitting hiring targets. - Expertise in high-volume sourcing, social media hiring, and job fair execution. - Strong skills in manpower forecasting, data tracking, and report generation. - Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
