Recruitment Executive
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment within the construction or contracting industry , and will be responsible for fulfilling manpower needs across various departments and project sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for white- and blue-collar roles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, including site, office, and support positions. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, professional sourcing sites ( Naukrigulf, Indeed and Linkedin), internal databases, and headhunting. Conduct initial screening and interviews, schedule technical assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within a construction or contracting company in the UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently. Immediate joiners preferred .
