VACANCY: Recruitment Employer Account Manager

£35,000-£37,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Permanent | Full-time | Immediate start

Field-based across London, with regular visits to Croydon and Hackney and occasional remote working days. Travel expenses covered.

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role with ownership of employer accounts and recruitment campaigns. You’ll develop existing relationships, spot new opportunities and see the difference your results make.

What you will do

• Grow strong employer relationships, identify suitable vacancies and maintain active employer, vacancy and talent pipelines to encourage repeat recruitment.
• Work with tutors and recruitment support teams to match learners’ skills and ambitions to jobs, managing CV submissions, interviews, employer feedback and progression into work.
• Promote vacancies to current and former learners and run targeted recruitment campaigns, job fairs, assessment centres and employer interview events.
• Keep the Strive Recruitment Platform, CRM and internal records accurate; track placements, sustained employment and contractual Good Work Job Outcomes.
• Use labour market trends and employer feedback to inform recruitment and curriculum delivery. Share intelligence and new opportunities with the Head of Business Relationships, who leads strategic employer partnerships.

What you will bring

You’re a confident relationship builder who takes initiative, works at pace and delivers measurable results. You’ll bring experience in recruitment, employer engagement, business development, account management or employability, with the organisation and drive to turn opportunities into successful placements.

Experience or employer contacts in Health and Social Care, Hospitality, Warehousing and Logistics, Customer Service, Business Administration or Digital would be an advantage but not essential.
