We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments from job briefing through successful placement. Attractive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives Responsibilities Manage assigned job orders from sourcing to placement. Source and screen suitable candidates. Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations. Coordinate interviews and actively follow up with clients. Manage offers, candidate expectations and onboarding. Maintain client and candidate records in CRM. Build relationships with existing clients and identify new hiring opportunities. Actively sourcing and bringing new clients on-board Requirements Experience in recruitment, staffing or employment agency work preferred. Able to manage the full recruitment cycle independently. Comfortable communicating with clients and candidates. Strong follow-up, ownership and closing mindset. Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies. Experience in foreign manpower, technical, manufacturing, service or volume recruitment is an advantage. What We Offer Competitive basic salary.
