Job Scope : Perform staffing activities for clients from Engineering, IT and Healthcare Sectors. Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements Service existing clients and to source for New Businesses Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike Achieve Individual & Company sales targets Requirements : Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field Preferably with CEI qualification. Those without certificate are welcomed to apply. Preferably with 1-2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
