Recruitment Consultant (Ref: RC/SL-AU)
We are currently seeking Recruitment Consultant, responsible for an all-rounded recruitment role including business / account development and management, search and selection execution, and candidate management. Key responsibilities Work closely with some of the finest employers and providing outstanding quality end-to-end talent acquisition service Understand client businesses and their recruitment needs, and support them by identifying, searching and sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with applicants for hirings Adopt a consultative approach, and during the entire process add value to the recruitment process with industry knowledge and experience Establish strong relationships with new clients through business development forming businesses in the process Help job seekers by providing career coaching and offering expert advice to clients Requirements: University graduate from any disciplines Comfortable working independently as well as in a team structure Hands-on and outgoing personality with a determination to succeed Hands-on experience working as a recruitment consultant in any industries or functionalities Applicants are encouraged to send us with their updated CV quoting reference RC/SL-AU.
