# Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid) **Polymorph Enterprise** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: HR Recruiter Location: Q Sentral RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage - Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction - Work with the sourcing team to drive strong recruitment strategies to ensure you have strong talent, with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist - Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline - Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions - Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives - Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks - Ensures candidates receive a weekly touchpoint during the Interview Process that sets expectations regarding next steps. - Educates manager on the tools available to view feedback from the hiring team and ensures all interviewers complete the process as required. REQUIREMENTS: - Proactive and independent - Good university diploma/degree - Ability to be independent, creative and accountable - Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner - Strong attention to detail with capability to multi-task and prioritize - Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: Negotiable EPF, SOCSO, EIS Working Days: 5 days work week Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) Training will be provided, and we offer flexible working schedules. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, comfortable communicating with clients and candidates, and able to work towards KPIs.
