Our regional presence provides us flexibility to assist our clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and the Philippines. We aim to provide a holistic approach to support our clients within the region a one-stop solutions to all their manpower needs. Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment, end to end - from advertising, candidates selection, interview arrangement to offer presentation Develop creative recruitment strategies to source for suitable candidates Building strong working relationships with candidates; To work closely with our clients to understand their HR, recruitment and staffing needs Work Closely with manager on ad-hoc assignments relating to recruitment. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Willingness to work in Makati 4 days a week, and 1 day WFH At least 2 years of working experience in the related field Experience in Recruitment, both IT/Technical Recruitment and non-IT, Consulting, Executive Search, or recruitment agency experience will have advantage. Possess cheerful, positive attitude, target driven and hunger for commission IT savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Social media; Must have proven work experience of successful hires or achieving target/quota Good communication skills and an aptitude for success. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player Ability to work in a fast paced environment Candidate with prior recruitment, human resource and staffing experience will be an advantage ** Competitive salary package and career development opportunities.
