Recruitment Consultant (French & English) - Real Estate

Recruit the agents who will sell Dubai property to French-speaking buyers.

THE BRIEF

Square Yards Real Estate LLC is building a brokerage vertical in Dubai from the ground up, and a meaningful share of our buyer enquiries arrive in French. We need a recruiter who can interview, assess and sell this company to French-speaking sales talent without an interpreter in the room.

This is an in-house seat. You hire for Square Yards only. It is not agency work and it is not a CV-forwarding desk.

This role is open to candidates already living in Dubai and available to interview in person.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

• Running the full hiring cycle for property consultants and sales managers - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
• Conducting interviews in French and in English, and writing up assessments in English for the hiring manager.
• Building a standing pipeline of French-speaking agents rather than starting from zero on every vacancy.
• Producing your own sourcing content - short videos, posts and outreach that make candidates want the call, published in both languages.
• Headhunting from competitor brokerages, developer sales teams and property portals.
• Managing candidate communication end to end so nobody goes dark on us.
• Coordinating offer paperwork, visa documentation and first-day logistics with operations.
• Keeping the applicant tracker accurate enough that we can forecast hiring a month out.
• Reporting weekly on pipeline, conversion and time to hire.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Fluent French and fluent English, both used daily at work. You will be interviewing in both from week one.
• Recruitment experience where you owned the outcome, not just the scheduling.
• Comfort with volume - this vertical needs agents in numbers, not one hire a quarter.
• Willingness to be on camera and write your own sourcing content.
• Current Dubai residency and availability for an in-person interview.

USEFUL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

• Real estate or sales recruitment specifically.
• Experience opening a desk or a function from nothing.
• Familiarity with UAE labour and visa processes.

HOW WE WILL MEASURE IT

• Agents hired per month and how long they stay.
• Time from first contact to signed offer.
• Quality of pipeline, measured by how often we can fill a role without a fresh search.
• Candidate experience, including the ones we turn down.

THE PACKAGE

• AED 8,000 to 12,000 fixed per month, plus a performance bonus tied to hires.
• A foundational seat in a brokerage being built from zero.
• Visa support, subject to company policy and eligibility.
• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, on site in Dubai.
