In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier candidates through innovative lead generation strategies and effective relationship management. Your expertise in human resources systems and social media management will be essential to building a strong talent pipeline. Duties Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential candidates using platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. Conduct outreach via social media management tools to promote job openings and attract passive candidates. Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, ensuring alignment of expectations and needs. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to maintain accurate candidate records and facilitate seamless recruitment processes. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities while maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring cycle. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources, sales techniques, and social media engagement to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably within fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques using social media platforms and professional networks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in relationship management to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Knowledge of social media management tools to promote job opportunities and enhance employer branding. Key Responsibilities Regularly liaise with internal departments to determine all external staff needs to contribute to a recruitment resourcing plan. Proactively support the recruitment process of temporary staff requirements. Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements. Assist with applicant screening processes, and interviews, as required, to determine their suitability for each role. Proactively engage with appropriate external recruitment agencies and job boards to advertise roles and attract applicants. Use internal systems to track applicant progress and support on-boarding of staff through liaison with the wider HR team.
