The Recruitment Consultant will identify, attract, assess, and place high-caliber professionals in executive, managerial, and specialized positions. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering talent solutions aligned with each client’s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive, leadership, managerial, and specialized roles. Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, organizational culture, and business objectives. Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks. Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations to clients. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Support compensation negotiations and manage the offer acceptance process. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Provide clients with market insights and recommendations on hiring strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least one to two years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting is preferred. Experience working in an executive search or recruitment firm is an advantage. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing techniques. Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Willing to work fully onsite in Makati City, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid arrangement after three months.
