Responsibilities - Lead generation: proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. - Conduct detailed candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality placements. - Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define candidate requirements Skills - 1 year in education recruitment - Proven experience in lead generation techniques within the recruitment environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels. - Strong relationship management skills to foster trust with clients and candidates alike.
