What Youll Do: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, with the support of a dedicated research and admin team. Drive business development through lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure. Build and manage long-term client accounts, including periodic engagement visits. Achieve individual revenue goals and work towards structured and clear promotion milestones. Stay connected with placed candidates to ensure long-term network. What We Look For: Minimum tertiary education qualification preferred. Self-driven individuals with strong work ethic and a natural desire to serve. A positive, energetic personality with a can-do spirit.
