Andersen James (AJ) is a fast-growing global recruitment specialist operating in some of the world's most in-demand sectors: data centres, renewable energy, infrastructure, and construction. We're expanding rapidly, and we're looking for people to join our Sheffield team and grow with us. What you'll actually be doing: Recruitment is a sales job. It's also a people job. You'll be on the phone, building relationships with candidates and clients, matching exceptional talent to high-impact roles across our core sectors. You'll learn the full 360° recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and winning clients, to managing the entire hiring process end-to-end. Who we're looking for? We're not hiring for experience. We're hiring the person. You might have a year or two in sales and want something with more earning potential and clear progression. You might be a former athlete who's competitive to your core and knows how to show up every day. What we need from you: - A genuine hunger to be great, not just good - Willing to put in the hours - Sales experience or a background that proves you can handle rejection and keep going - Strong communication skills: on the phone, in person, in writing - Competitive instincts and a high personal standard - The discipline to be consistent, not just occasionally brilliant - Based in (or able to commute to) Sheffield No recruitment experience needed. No sector experience required. We'll teach you everything, but we can't teach drive.
