Recruitment Consultant/ Associate/ Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant/ Associate/ Partner to join our team at Aacurapid (Hong Kong) Ltd. We offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a range of clients and candidates in the local job market. We are comfortable to collaborate with you to work in Remote mode.

What you'll be doing

Acquire potential hiring opportunities, identify new hirers/employers

Source and identify qualified candidates for a variety of open roles across different industries

Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their fit for our client's requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding successful hires

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to clients on their hiring needs

Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment consultant or resource role

Proven experience in 360 degree hiring, new business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and candidates

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver results

Excellent organization and time management skills

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and databases

Knowledge of the local Hong Kong job market and recruitment trends
