As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process and build your own successful career. You’ll develop skills in: Building relationships with businesses and candidates. Business development and winning new clients. Sourcing and interviewing candidates. Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement. Negotiating and closing deals. Developing your own network within the Clean Tech and Renewable Energy sectors. Recruiting across UK and international markets. You’ll receive structured training and ongoing coaching, with the opportunity to progress as quickly as your performance allows. What are we looking for? You don’t need years of recruitment experience. We’re looking for attitude, ambition and potential. You’ll ideally have: Some experience in Retail, sales, customer service, recruitment or a B2B environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A competitive mindset and the ambition to become a top performer. Confidence speaking to people and building professional relationships. A proactive, positive and resilient approach. The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your own success. A genuine interest in building a long-term career. A full UK driving licence.
